James Orsini is Chief Operating Officer for VaynerMedia a digital agency with social at its core. Working alongside founder and CEO Gary Vaynerchuk James helps manage the agency for success. He served as the agency’s Chief Integration Officer when he first joined the team. He was Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors of Sito Mobile Ltd., (NASDAQ: SITO) A proven leader and author of numerous business articles including Agency of the Future, Guided Exploration, Let Leaders Lead and Practitioners Practice, Internship Reform, and The Race for mobile relevance. Mr. Orsini has also penned white papers The Authentic Network, Reverse 360 Mentoring, Mastering Procurement and Procurements Evolution for Today’s Marketing Service Companies. James has more than 30 years of finance and operations experience across a broad range of marketing and communications disciplines.

James had been Executive Vice President and Director of Finance and Operations for Saatchi & Saatchi in New York, where he worked closely with the CEO to provide strategic and day-to-day direction of all financial and operational functions. Saatchi & Saatchi New York is the largest agency in the 153-office Saatchi & Saatchi global network, part of Publicis Groupe, the world's third largest communications group. The agency serviced over forty #1 brands in its client portfolio (PUB.FR).

Before joining Saatchi & Saatchi Mr. Orsini was Chief Operating Officer of Interbrand North America, the world's leading brand consultancy with 40 offices in 22 countries throughout the world. He has traveled extensively throughout Europe, Asia, and the Americas, and functions effectively in multi-cultural environments. Interbrand is a wholly owned subsidiary of Omnicom, which trades on the New York Stock Exchange. (NYSE:OMC)

Prior to joining Interbrand and serving first as its Global Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Orsini had enjoyed a great deal of success at various subsidiaries of Saatchi & Saatchi, KPMG Peat Marwick, and Goldman Sachs & Company. When first at Saatchi, Mr. Orsini was CFO of both their International Public Relations Division and later their B to B Advertising Unit. At Goldman Sachs, Mr. Orsini was selected from 30 analysts as the company's primary liaison to Sumitomo Bank, in a new $500 million limited partnership. He was also one of four CPAs selected for a pilot program which changed the company's hiring strategy, which is still in effect.

Education

Mr. Orsini graduated Magna Cum Laude from Seton Hall University, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He received the University's Presidential Academic Scholarship and still serves the University today. He is a licensed New York State Certified Public Accountant and a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Turnaround Management Association.

Personal

Mr. Orsini currently resides in Livingston, New Jersey with his wife and three children. He is a member of the Board of Regents for Seton Hall University. He is a Board member of Renovation House of New Jersey / New York, residential substance abuse rehabilitation programs. He Chairs a Seton Hall Preparatory advisory board for the Griffin Bridges foundation benefiting academically gifted and financially challenged inner city boys.

JoAnn Orsini is International Senior Manager at Realogy Holdings Corporation. She works with leading brands such as Century 21, Sotheby, Caldwell Banker and ERA in over 103 countries. She is responsible for budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis. She works with the legal department to establish uniform licensing agreements and has developed Sarbanes Oxley compliance controls for the company prior to their initial public offering (NYSE:RLGY) JoAnn has held various consulting assignments in the consumer product goods, construction and business building space. She has expertise in procurement, request for proposal, bid solicitation and proposal analysis.

Before consulting Mrs. Orsini held various positions at Colgate Palmolive Company in New York. Her senior financial manager roles spanned more than a decade. Her liaison role to the Chief Information Officer included analyzing 65 separate budgets totally $165m with headcount of nearly 1000 employees. For the Surface Care Marketing department she worked with leading brands which included Palmolive, Murphy’s oil and Ajax. For the Sales department she managed $120m in trade spending for the Oral Care division. She has experience in SAP, Oracle and Hyperion software solutions.

Prior to joining Colgate, Mrs. Orsini had enjoyed a great deal of success at KPMG Peat Marwick. When first at KPMG, Mrs. Orsini was staff accountant in the auditing department serving the Pharmaceutical, Advertising and Banking Industries. Later she became a Senior Tax specialist serving the international banking practice and was involved in Federal and State compliance audits.

Mrs. Orsini graduated New York University, School of Business and Public Administration and holds a B.S in Accounting. She is a licensed New York State Certified Public Accountant.

Personal

Mrs. Orsini currently resides in Livingston, New Jersey with her husband and three children. She is a past PTA President in the Livingston Public School system and has served on various committees and task forces for the community. She is a Sunday school teacher at Abundant Life Worship Center in Whippany NJ. She was a committee lead for the Griffin Bridges foundation 20 Year anniversary gala benefiting academically gifted and financially challenged inner city boys.
